Darsena Residence

The Darsena tower occupies one of the last true waterfront positions in Borgo Mercanti — a slender glass building completed in 2022 in which every residence faces the water. This twelfth-floor apartment takes full advantage of the position: an open living and dining room framed in floor-to-ceiling low-iron glass, with harbour views spanning from the marina in the east to the bridge and headlands beyond. Western orientation brings strong evening light to the main rooms.

The kitchen carries a full Gaggenau suite — induction cooktop, combination steam oven, integrated refrigeration — set into handleless matte cabinetry beside a Dekton island. Italian porcelain flooring runs through the living areas, with wool carpet in the three bedrooms for warmth and sound insulation. The principal suite includes a fitted walk-in wardrobe and a natural stone bathroom with a freestanding tub positioned at the harbour-facing window.

Building amenities are designed for daily use: a heated indoor lap pool, a fully equipped gym, and a private dining room available by reservation, with a concierge handling deliveries, pressing, and reservations. Two secure parking spaces and climate-controlled storage are included, with vehicle charging in the garage. The quarter’s restaurants, the ferry landing, and the waterfront promenade are each five minutes on foot.
